Champaign-Urbana
Located in east-central Illinois, the twin cities of Champaign and Urbana offer an excellent environment for small businesses and international corporations. The area is headquarters to many major manufacturers/distributors (Kraft, Humko, Solo Cup, etc), Carle and Covenant medical centers, and numerous wholesalers and retailers. A large part of this success is the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, the area's largest employer, who employs about 20,000 area people. Approximately 28,000 undergraduates and 10,000 graduate students flock to Champaign-Urbana every year, giving the cities a consistent economic base, regardless of the state of the country's overall economy. The University's annual budget is about $1 billion, and the campus is perpetually expanding, with new construction projects appearing every year. The school, along with its various sports programs, attracts large groups of people throughout the year.
Stone Creek Commons, 2704 Boulder Drive
Stone Creek Commons is located in southeast Urbana, on the southeast corner of Windsor and Philo Roads. The area is predominantly residential, with residential subdivisions directly to the east and north of the office park. The Philo Road retail corridor is north of Stone Creek Commons, on Philo Road. Windsor Road is a major east-west artery in developing southern Champaign-Urbana. 2704 Boulder Dr is on Lot 102B, on the ease side of Boulder Dr (first drive on the left), just east of the Coldwell Banker Devonshire Building (Lot 102A).
