Wal-Mart Supercenter Location
Wal-Mart has purchased a 26-acre parcel and constructed a new 203,000 square foot Supercenter at
the southeast corner of Interstate Drive and North Prospect.
The Wal-Mart development includes four outlots on the north end of the center that are part of the
Stamey Land available for sale. The lots have all storm water detention offsite creating a 100%
usable lot, all utilities to site, and are currently ready for development. Prospect Avenue
has been upgraded from Meijer Drive north to Interstate Drive and north to Olympian Drive. Meijer
Drive and Interstate Drive have been signalized.
