From the first year of its existence in 1977, Devonshire Realty has committed to provide the finest in real estate services. In June of 1999, Devonshire Realty established a national presence with our affiliation with Coldwell Banker Commercial. 1999 also marked the addition of our commercial office in Peoria, and 2000 saw the
addition of a commercial team in Springfield, Illinois…the first independent commercial office in the Springfield area.
