Brad transferred from Cullinan Properties where he was the leasing coordinator for Grand Prairie Developments. He worked with national, regional, and local tenants in acquiring space on all of Cullinan's sites. His responsibility was not limited to permanent leasing, but included temporary and seasonal leasing for the Shoppes at Grand Prairie. Brad was directly involved in property management and marketing for Cullinan as well as leasing. He graduated from Truman State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and he is in the process of getting his CCIM designation.

Brad's clients include: The Fresh Market, Applebee's, U.S. Cellular, Great Clips, Steak N Shake, rue 21, Gold's Gym, and the Cash Store.
