Signage Standards
All individual lots are required to have one free standing identification sign, of a design stipulated by and approved by the AC. All building identification signs shall bear the Mattis Commercial Park logo, prominently displayed.
Signage shall be limited to name, corporate logo, and address only. The horizontal measurement of all identity ground and walls signs must be greater than the vertical measurement to assure the vertical signage in the Park. Lighting, although not required, shall be internal illumination and intensity shall not exceed one foot candle at the centerline to any public right-of-way.
The ground sign shall be a monument type sign with a base in accordance with the following specifications. Pole signs are not allowed unless the lot has Mattis or Bradley frontage, in which case they can be given special consideration by the AC.
Monument Sign Specifications are outlined below.
1. Minimum square footage of 24 and maximum of 44.
2. Horizontal format.
3. 9 foot maximum height.
4. 12 inch - 18 inch width (18 inches in case of channel letters only).
5. If illuminated, internal H.O. fluorescent lamps or if neon channel letters are
used - neon. No spotlights are permitted.
6. All aluminum clad base and raised park logo attached to base. Base color
grey PSM 430.
7. Logo panel 1 inch depth, aluminum, baked enamel color with logo (tree and
name) painted green PSM 348 and black.
8. Base one-half height of sign.

The ground sign shall be no closer than 10 feet from the front property line. Roof mounted signs are not permitted. All lettering on wall signs shall be no greater than 20 percent of the wall height and the length of all combined graphics shall not be longer than 25 percent of the average wall length.
